Your right
For purchases made over the internet, you may withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days from the confirmation of the payment, without giving a reason, under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor — Lei 8.078/1990). The amount is refunded in full, through the same payment method. The platform keeps its own channel for this request, as required by art. 5 of Decreto 7.962/2013 (the Brazilian e-commerce decree).
How it works
1. Fill in the form with the e-mail of the account used for the purchase and the material purchased. You do not need to state a reason.
2. The request is recorded immediately and you receive a protocol number on the page and by e-mail.
3. We request the reversal from Mercado Pago. The time for the amount to appear on your card statement depends on the card issuer; with Pix (Brazil’s instant payment system), the refund goes back to the originating account.
4. Once the reversal is confirmed, access to the material is ended.
Other channels
You may also make the request through the same channel used for the purchase or through the contact page. No login is required: you only need to identify the purchase.

The request form is in Portuguese. The fields are: Nome (name), E-mail da conta usada na compra (account e-mail used for the purchase), Material adquirido (material purchased), Data da compra (purchase date, optional) and Observações (notes, optional).
